With our user-friendly and feature-packed app, we've revolutionized the way you interact with your insurance policies, making it easier than ever to stay protected and in control. • Individual (Retail) Users If you are a Retail user, sign up using your mobile number or email ID and select a password. Enter the OTP sent to you to complete the registration process. • Corporate Users If you are a corporate user with a group health insurance sponsored by your company, sign in using the email ID and password sent to you via email. Once logged in, you can change your password in the settings from the top left menu. On the Home Screen, click on the ‘My Health’ icon to access your medical insurance policy. There are 3 options available for each member covered under the policy: e-Card: View or download your medical card, which contains details like member ID and expiry date. Claims: View the status of all reimbursement claims made to date or register a new claim.
