Myhealth - Manage your medicinal products and prescriptions with ease With Myhealth you maintain control over your health thanks to centralised and secure access to your medical data. Key functionalities: New: Access to your children’s health data: view the data of your minor children up to the age of 16 (profile switch). - Medication scheme available at any time: view your current treatments. For each medicinal product (excluding magistral preparations), please also consult the package leaflet. - Create diary notes: You can share comments about the medicinal products you are taking. Your prescriber (general practitioner, medical specialist, etc.) and your pharmacist can see these notes. This allows them to monitor your treatment more effectively, and you don't have to remember these comments until your next appointment. - Prescriptions for medicinal products: access your open prescriptions, for you, your children and anyone else you manage the care mandate for. - Dispensing of medicines history (delivered medications): keep track of medicinal products collected from pharmacies. This initiative helps to optimise your care. Thanks to this initiative, healthcare professionals involved in your follow-up will also have access to part of your medication history (up to a maximum of one year), provided a therapeutic relationship exists. This approach contributes to your health and well-being by preventing medication-related problems (interactions, overconsumption, etc.) and improving the coordination of your care. - Easy management: easily select the prescriptions you wish to collect on your next visit to the pharmacy. - Care mandates (profile switch): view the health data (prescriptions, delivered medications, medication scheme) of the people for whom you have a care mandate. - Secure login via Itsme®: to guarantee the confidentiality of your health data.
